Good News on Children's Health Care: A Follow-Up to the May 20th Alert
Good news! Your calls counted — your voices were heard! Today the Senate passed legislation by a vote of 75-22 to delay seven harmful Bush Administration Medicaid regulations. These regulations jeopardize vital health services to millions of children, including children who are low-income, disabled, those with special health needs, and foster youth. Now the measure goes back to the House of Representatives for a vote after Memorial Day. Stay tuned . . . and stay involved!
